David P. Reilly, MD

Internal Medicine

Dr. Reilly grew up in Southeast Pennsylvania near Philadelphia. He enlisted in the Navy after high school and served 6 years as active duty in the submarine fleet. After the military, his education has gradually moved him south by attending the University of Connecticut, Virginia Tech Carilion school of medicine, and finally East Tennessee State University. Dr. Reilly enjoys outdoor adventure sports such as hiking, biking, surfing, and scuba diving. He joined Carolina Internal Medicine in 2018.
