Carrie Munoz

Carrie Munoz serves as the Patient Services Supervisor at CIMA, where she has dedicated her entire healthcare career. She first joined the organization in 2018 as a laboratory student and has since advanced through the company, building exceptionally strong relationships with both employees and patients along the way.

Carrie holds a Certificate in Phlebotomy from AB Tech Asheville and has completed extensive specialized training in professional customer service. Driven by a desire to uplift those around her, her professional philosophy is to lead with integrity, transparency, and a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement.

Outside of her professional life, Carrie enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 27 years, their three children, and their five grandchildren.
