CIMA Patient Portal

This online personal health record allows you to track and access your health information online. The patient portal is available Monday – Friday and may take 2-4 business days before you receive a response from your provider. Portal messaging is not available over weekends and holidays. If you are experiencing an acute or new problem, please call 828-258-0397 to schedule an appointment.

The patient portal can be accessed by visiting https://31813-1.portal.athenahealth.com// and following the steps to join or by downloading the Athena Patient App in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
