Our in-house Coumadin Clinic allows patients to have their Coumadin regimen monitored by their primary doctor.  Patients have routine appointments that will allow them to be tested via finger stick so that the doctor can monitor and adjust their medication as needed.  CIMA is pleased to offer patients that meet certain criteria, the ability to participate in home monitoring. We work closely with a company that allows patients to test in the comfort of their home and still be strictly monitored by their doctor. Our Coumadin clinic is managed by our laboratory department and operates under their Regulatory Agency Guidelines.

Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, scheduled appointments only.
