Carolina Internal Medicine has partnered with In-Clinic Rx to  provide remote patient monitoring. Through digital technology, In-Clinic Rx is able to communicate between patients and providers while closely monitoring patients with complex disease states. They provide patients with programmed devices to monitor physiological parameters such as weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose. Throughout the day daily recordings or programmed alerts are transmitted through secure data to our clinicians. Pharmacists review this data in order to make recommendations to our primary care providers and aid patients with medication compliance and lifestyle changes.
