Candice Smith, MBA  has 27 years of experience helping physician practices grow through strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has partnered with physicians and healthcare teams to improve practice operations, strengthen financial performance, and create positive workplace cultures that ultimately enhance patient care. She works with medical practices across Western North Carolina, providing hands-on guidance in practice management, human resources, finance, compliance, and organizational development.

When she’s not working, Candice is happiest spending time with her family. Whether she’s hiking, running, enjoying time outdoors or cheering from the sidelines at soccer and baseball games, she believes life’s best moments happen together.
