Laboratory Supervisor

Cindi Rector

Cindi has been a Medical Laboratory Technician for 32 years and has spent more than 14 of those at CIMA, with the last two proudly serving as Laboratory Supervisor. She holds an AS in Medical Laboratory Technology and is certified through the American Society for Clinical Pathology. Cindi believes “teamwork makes the dream work” and brings that spirit into everything she does. Outside the lab, she enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
