Crystal Miller

Crystal is CIMA’s Health Information Supervisor and has been part of the CIMA family since 2020. Over the past 20 years, she has held roles ranging from CNA and Medical Technologist to various supervisory positions while working bedside. After transitioning away from bedside care, she has contributed her skills across scheduling, medical records, authorizations, and reporting. Crystal believes you’re never too busy to smile and make someone feel welcome. Beyond the office, she enjoys crafting, gardening, and shuttling her son from soccer field to soccer field.
