David Reilly, M.D.

Dr. David Reilly is board certified in Internal Medicine. He grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania near Philadelphia and enlisted in the U.S. Navy after high school, serving six years on active duty in the submarine fleet.

Following his military service, his education gradually took him south. He attended the University of Connecticut, earned his medical degree from the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and completed further training at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Reilly joined Carolina Internal Medicine in 2018.

Outside of work, he can usually be found enjoying quality time with his dogs.
