Jennifer Spadafora

Jennifer Spadafora brings nearly three decades of healthcare expertise, spanning front-desk primary care to trauma nursing, and over 17 years of leadership across federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), specialty practices, and primary care settings. She holds a master’s in healthcare administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University. A Registered Nurse and active member of the Western North Carolina Medical Managers Association, Jennifer is deeply committed to advancing patient-centered care.

Her leadership philosophy emphasizes team-first collaboration, listening with intention, and consistently giving 150% to both patients and colleagues. Outside of her professional role, Jennifer is a proud mother of three, who inspire her daily and keep her on her toes.
