Kristie brings 22 years of healthcare experience to her role, with more than a decade of that at CIMA. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, starting at the ground level and working her way up through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for patient care. With a strong understanding of both clinical needs and operational excellence, Kristie believes in the power of leadership and lives by the quote, “Leadership is not about being in charge; it’s about taking care of those in your charge.”  In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating memories, and building meaningful relationships.
