Lisa Tepper Shearer

With 29 years of experience in healthcare, Lisa brings a warm, people-first approach to HR. She holds a master’s from St. Thomas University in healthcare management and a bachelor’s from the University of Florida, and is certified as a Professional in HR, SHRM Certified Professional, and HR Certified from Florida Atlantic University. Lisa truly believes people are an organization’s greatest asset and is passionate about supporting teams so they can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, animal rescue work, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
